Customer satisfaction is important to GARDECO. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product along with the order details. Requests submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, GARDECO will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund based on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. GARDECO reserves the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.
